Organisation for ethics

The Research Council has the following expert groups within the area:
- an expert group for ethics which examines overarching ethical questions.
- an expert group which acts as a national policy body for the research community in matters to do with laboratory animals.
The Research Council´s Expert Group on misconduct in research is discontinued as from the turn of the year 2009/2010.
