What happens next?
The applications will now be assessed by the approximately 50 evaluation panels that cover defined research areas. The evaluation system that the Swedish Research Council uses is based on peer review. This means that researchers examine the applications of other researchers. In early November, we will publish the grant decisions on our website, as well as statistics regarding the entire application round.
