How will I know that my application has been registered?
You will receive a PIN code by e-mail when you have sent off your application electronically. When you have entered your PIN code, the system will generate an Appendix S, which you must print out and sign. When we receive your Appendix S in the mail, we will fetch the application from the system and register it in our logging and processing system. You will then get a confirmation that your application has been registered.
