Are there any documents that must be submitted in paper form?
Yes. When you finally approve your application and submit it electronically to the Swedish Research Council, a special appendix will be generated (Appendix S). Print out Appendix S and sign it. Appendix S must also be signed by the department head, or equivalent, for the institution where the research will be conducted. You then send in the appendix to the Swedish Research Council in paper form.
The appendix must be received by the Swedish Research Council not later than three working days after the closing date for applications.
