You don´t have Microsoft Silverlight installed, which is the browser plugin we recommend for viewing broadcasts made by Streamsync.
Download and install Microsoft Silverlight

You will still be able to see the broadcast even if you don´t have the plugin, but only on Internet Explorer on a computer with Windows as OS you will be able to see booth video and the synchronised powerpoints.

After you have installed the browser plugin Microsoft Silverlight you might be prompted to restart your browser
