Research project grant for international collaboration within antimicrobial resistance (JPIAMR)

The Swedish research Council has decided on approved applications for the sixth joint call (2018) within the JPIAMR: “Innovations against antibiotic-resistant bacteria: new targets, compounds and tools”.

JPIAMR decided to finance ten consortia. Two of the consortia granted include Swedish participants, who will receive funding from the Swedish Research Council. In total, we grant 6.2 million SEK for 2019–2021.

What happens next?

Approval of conditions – must be signed

If your application has been approved, a document describing the conditions for the grant, “Approval of Conditions”, is also published in your personal Prisma account. It may take up to three weeks before the document is published in Prisma. You and the head of department/corresponding must sign this as soon as possible, but no later than within 90 days.

When does payment of the grant start?

Payment of the grant will normally start no earlier than January 2019, and it will be paid out monthly on condition that the “Approval of Conditions” have been signed. Your HEI will then administer the payments to you.
