Grant for research infrastructure of national interest

The following applies for approved applications:

At the end of September, the administrating organisations and the designated project leader of infrastructures that have been awarded grants will be invited by email to a dialogue about the terms and conditions associated with the grants. The dialogue takes place on a pre-determined and previously communicated date. The statements will be sent out together with the invitation to dialogue.

Following completion of the dialogues, the decisions and statements will be finalised and available in the organisation account in Prisma.

Within a week after the decision of the call has been published, the decision and statements will be sent by email to the administrative organisation and the designated project leader, thereafter the documents will also be available via the organisation’s account in Prisma.

This is how you find the statements/decisions in Prisma:

A message is shown in the Tasks module on Prisma’s starting page.

Your statement can be found by

1. going to the tab Applications and grants
2. select the page Applications in the left-hand menu
3. click on the arrow to the right of the Event log button.

Payment of the grant will start no sooner than January 2026, and it will be paid out monthly on condition that the special terms and conditions have been signed. The infrastructure’s administrative organisation will receive the grant, and shall then administer payments to the other contributing organisations.
