Scientific reporting

Researchers and organisations that must submit a scientific report according to their reporting plans do so in slightly different ways. Information about what applies to different types of grants can be found here. The document "Approval of conditions" states when the feedback period starts and ends. You will find the document in Prisma.

Grants to organisations

Starting 1 February 2025 grants to organisations will also be reported via Prisma.

The project leader who has been invited to the grant will fill in the details and register the financial report. The report is then sent to the application supervisor for checking before it is submitted to the Swedish Research Council.

We presume that the person submitting the financial report is authorised to represent the administrating organisation for these purposes. For any changes needed in the roles in Prisma please contact the person who is the organisation supervisor for Prisma within the administrating organisation.
