Scientific reporting of grants to individual researchers

Researchers and organisations that must submit a scientific report in spring 2026 according to their reporting plans do so in different ways. Read about what applies to your grant.

Grants to be reported directly via forms in Prisma

For almost all scientific reporting in 2026 the project leader is reporting directly through forms in Prisma.

The project leader responsible shall submit the scientific report directly via reporting forms in Prisma. You will receive an automated email from Prisma once the reporting period has started. The message will be sent to the email address you have registered on your Prisma account. The reporting form is reached by logging in to your Prisma account.

Please fill in the requested information in the reporting forms and press “Submit” to register your report. Your scientific report must be submitted no later than 2 pm on the date registered in Prisma. Please observe that after this deadline Prisma will be closed for reporting and you will have to contact the SRC in order to be able to register your report.

If your submitted scientific report requires additions/is incomplete you will receive a message from Prisma.

Grants to be reported by uploading a form in Prisma

The project leader responsible shall submit the scientific report in Prisma. You will receive an automated email from Prisma once the reporting period has started. The message will be sent to the email address you have registered on your Prisma account.

Please fill in the form above and upload it to Prisma no later than the date specified in the document “Approval of terms”. If your submitted scientific report requires additions/is incomplete you will receive a message from Prisma.

Report in Prisma: Network grant for planning future excellence clusters for groundbreaking technologies

The project leader shall submit a report to VR (max 20 pages). Write the report with clear headings according to the instructions below. Use the headlines in bold in each section below.

Upload the report in PDF format to Prisma no later than the date specified in Prisma. If your submitted scientific report requires additions/is incomplete, you will receive a message from Prisma.

Follow-up reports 2026

The project leader responsible shall submit the follow-up report in Prisma. You will receive an automated email from Prisma once the reporting period has started. The message will be sent to the email address you have registered on your Prisma account.
