Kerstin Hesselgren visiting professorship

Professor Rosemary Rayfuse was awarded the 2017 Kerstin Hesselgren visiting professorship. Professor Rosemary Rayfuse is an internationally prominent researcher in international environmental law . She works at the University of New South Wales, Australien. During her time in Sweden, she will be mainly active at Lund University.

The Kerstin Hesselgren visiting professorship should be awarded to a foreign prominent internationally recognized female researcher in the areas of social sciences, humanities, theology or science of law.

Olof Palme visiting professorship

The 2017 holder of Olof Palme visiting professorship was awarded to Professor John Hagan, who is an internationally prominent researchers in sociology and law. He works at the Northwestern University, USA. During his time in Sweden, Professor John Hagan will be mainly active at Stockholm University.

The Olof Palme professorship should be awarded to an internationally prominent researcher focused on topics important to the pursuit of peace in a broad context within the areas of social sciences, humanities, theology and science of law.

Tage Erlander visiting professorship

Professor Sherilyn Fritz was awarded the 2017 Tage Erlander visiting professorship. Professor Fritz is an internationally prominent researcher in earth science. She works at the University of Nebraska, USA. During her time in Sweden, Professor Fritz will be mainly active at Lund University.

This professorship is awarded to an internationally prominent researcher in natural and engineering sciences. The researchers eligible for nomination in the 2017 call for visiting professorship had to be active in one or more of the areas of geology and geophysics, soil, air and water processes, organism biology, ecology, systematics and evolution
