Are you currently working on your proposal to establish a cluster of excellence? In April and May you have the chance to participate in inspiring workshops with Christian Rangen, a lecturer with extensive experience in strategy, development and design of clusters regionally and globally. The theme of this workshop is development of strategy for clusters. Welcome!

Program
Introduction to cluster strategy:
- From Triple Helix to Pentagram.
- Develop a ten-year cluster strategy.
- Strategic pillars, KPIs and project for clusters.
Practical information
The events are digital, and include inspiration and presentation. You will be able to ask questions and participate through interactive elements.
Each workshop is 90 minutes long, focuses on one topic, and is in English. The number of participants is limited.
About Christan Rangen
Christan Rangen is a lecturer and project manager with extensive experience in developing, designing and strategically supporting clusters. He has worked with over 350 innovation clusters and over 50 national and regional clusters. Christian has been a strategic advisor to global cluster programs and governments on issues related to the subject. He also has experience in training and coaching cluster leaders.
