Researchers can now apply for funding from the Swedish Research Council to plan, implement and evaluate major collaboration and communication initiatives relating to research. On 17 August, we are opening our first call for grants to researchers’ communication, and it is linked to research in migration and integration.

The call is open for applications from researchers who are receiving or have recently received research grants from the Swedish Research Council focusing on migration and integration. The communication project shall be linked to the earlier project, and shall contribute to increasing the impact of the research results in society. The communication activities shall include target groups outside the research community. The activities shall be of a scope that would not have been possible to realise without extra resources, and shall differ from the communication usually included in projects funded by the Swedish Research Council.

The grant period is 6–12 months, and the grant amount is a minimum of 100 000 SEK and a maximum of 1 million SEK. The call opens on 17 August, and the deadline for applications is 20 September.
