Guide to the template
for data management plans

This is a guide and supplement to the data managemant plan template developed by the Swedish Research Council and the Association of Swedish Higher Education Institutions, SUHF. The purpose of the guide is to facilitate the understanding of what the guiding questions in the template entail, to provide further support in the work with data management plans.

The guide can be used by researchers to create better understanding of what is intended with the questions in the template for the data management plan, but the primary target group of the guide is research-supporting functions that support the researchers’ work with data management plans. The guide may also be of use when producing local or discipline-specific adaptations.
