High Level Conference on Science Communication: Unlocking the Power of Science Communication in Research and Policy Making

On the 12th-13th of March, European policymakers and stakeholders will gather at a conference in Brussels to discuss science communication. The purpose of the conference is to raise awareness of the importance of science communication and discuss how it can be integrated as a more formal part of the research process.

This high-level conference is co-organsied by Science Europe, the Research Foundation Flanders and Fund for Scientific Research, under the auspices of the Belgian Presidency of the European Union.

Representatives of the Swedish Research Council will participate in the programme and talk about our national initiatives in the subject: Framework for courses in science communication and the development of a national platform for news and communication about science.
